Black Desert Online Coming To XBox One X In 2018

During Microsoft’s E3 presentation this past weekend, Black Desert Online was confirmed to be coming to their consoles. It was announced that BDO will indeed come to Xbox One in early 2018. As for Microsoft’s brand new next-gen console, the Xbox One X, the game will be available when it’s out in November 2018. Black Desert will be an exclusive only to Xbox One and X for now. There is no word on whether the MMORPG will be on other consoles. However, it’s still a possibility at a future date.

The XBox One X is Microsoft’s latest poster boy for its console lineup. It boasts 4K resolution support, six teraflops of graphics power and a custom graphics engine developed by Microsoft. The machine also has an impressive liquid-cooled vapor chamber for long and arduous gaming sessions. No price is set on that console at the moment, but players are excited with its E3 2017 debut.

BDO being a Microsoft exclusive is definitely a surprise, as most believed it to premier on Sony’s PlayStation first. Several months back we reported on the game hiring engineers for a possible console port, and it seems like now we know what it’s for.
