Crisis On Umbara Arrives On SWTOR August 22nd

Crisis On Umbara is the next story chapter in Star Wars: The Old Republic. EA Bioware has just released a teaser trailer, and the update will go live on August 22nd.

The story will pick up where it left off, and players can expect the ultimate covert assault mission. You will be battling on top of a moving train apparently (didn’t know trains were a thing in Star Wars). In addition to that, there will be a brand new Flashpoint to tackle. It will have multiple difficulty modes and players can choose to bring either companions or three friends to earn legendary rewards.

There will also be access to a new Stronghold, the Umbara Mobile Base. It’s a moving train that can be customized freely. It’s unorthodox for a Stronghold, but at least it’s fresh content that might keep players occupied for the time being. Check out the website’s teaser below.

“Prepare to lead the ultimate covert assault: battle your way across a moving train, brave the wilds of a dark new world, and more in a high-stakes new Flashpoint! When a deadly traitor is tracked to the shadow-world of Umbara, you’ll need to lead a strike team to confront the betrayer before the galaxy is thrown back into war. With multiple challenge modes available, you can choose to experience the new storyline with your Companions, or fight alongside up to three friends to earn legendary rewards!”
